So it seems I'm a little all over the place these days... Heres a list of places where you can see some of my paintings up and buy things. I'll be updating this list regularly!
Lady of the Sea and The Death of Winter are up on display at Rebar in DUMBO. I think they are up there for the rest of the month. They are my big paintings so go take a look!
My painting for Panorama 3, Mara, is up at the Jonathon Levine Gallery till October 4th.
Check out Fresthetic out in bushwack/williamsburg. I have the paintings Feeding Habits and Natural Habitat up on display and for sale, as well as some gilcee prints, zines and a few singed Chupas. Its a pretty neat little store and they print some sweet tee shirts. Baraklyn!

"Natural Habitat" is 8"x7.5", printed at Io Labs and is limited to just 20 prints.
Each glicee print is printed on special Hahnemule Bamboo archival paper, signed and editioned. Bamboo is the most replenishable fiber on the planet, making these prints eco friendly!

Chupacabra #2This is the artwork for the prints I am having made for the signing!
These glicee prints will be printed on special archival etching paper made from bamboo fibers! Fancy! Each will be 8"x7.5", signed and numbered.
Chupacabra #1 will be a run of 75 and will be given away at the signing with purchase of the Chupacabra toy! These will only be available at Kidrobot NY on August 14th from 6-8 pm.
Seriously, you should come to the opening because these give-aways are quali-TEE.
Chupacabra #2 will be a very limited run of 20 and will only be available on my webstore.

I'm excited to annouce the release of my first vinyl toy, El Chupacabra, from the Debatable Beasts project!
The origins of El Chupacabra can be traced back to the island or Puerto Rico, but sighting have been reported throughout Mexico, Central America, and Miami. El Chupacabra is mild mannered with a cheery disposition, but when hungry he must feed on the blood of goats to survive. He is deeply ashamed of his vampiric ways and avoids human contact for fear of persecution.
These figures are super limited and come in 2 colorways, Regular (500) and Ghost Edition (250). These will only be available from Kidrobot stores and website. I will have a few available on my webstore with an exclusive print and zine set to be announced.
The signing will be at the Kidrobot NY Store on Thursday, August 14th. There will be another exclusive print give-a-way and maybe some more surprises! Its going to be great. Everyone will be there!

The Debatable Beasts in Sweden
I was interviewed for an article in the swedish newspaper, Expressen. They used a picture of my Little Zerster munny. Its pretty cool but i can't read it! I think they wrote a whole 2 paragraphs on me.

Best Monday there ever was...
On new years i made a resolution to update this blog atleast once a week, but it seems i'm keeping my gym resolution better then my blogging resolution. WACKY! So I'm going to post like 3 posts tonite to catch up.

Chupacabra Dance Party!
Last weekend I took a trip to my favorite art supplier, NY Central Art Supplies. I picked up these Japanese pen nibs to try out, and wow are they great. They flow alot smoother then the hunt nibs i use.
I used them on my new Debatable Beast mini comics. I hope to finish them up this weekend. Heres a little preview of one panel.

New Paintings, I Am Plastic, and general life update
I have two new paintings up at the Aiden Savoy Gallery through December 9th. Its a really great show and for a good cause.

...In other news:
As you can see from my last post I was apartmentless and couch surfed for a month, but now I am happily settled in Greenpoint, which I love. I moved in with my friend, Mr. Bankshot! of Bankshot! Records, and I have a huge kitchen, tin ceilings, and a nice bodega grocery where I can get fresh perogis 24 hours a day.
So for the month of October, blame 'settling in' on the lack of updates, November I was just a little lazy, but December is here and I have made a resolution to update this blog at least once a week. I'm doing a big website update with all the new paintings and a lot of inked things that are not up there.
I'm working on a banner for this bloggy blog. Does anyone know of a good blog editor? The look of this blog is pretty boring.
Also I want to make some prints of something. I might just make something new or pick something recent. I'm thinking the rocket fingers piece would make a nice print. Any input is appreciated.
I'm working on some new mini comics!
I'm trying to buckle down and really produce some stuff so check back soon!
